"Suspenseful and unique! I loved how unique the plot of this story is. Being a widow myself, I identified with Nick immediately and found his hobby true to life and realistic. The book is great at keeping you interested until the end."

This book stayed with me longer than I expected. Nick is a lonely, broken single dad, and his habit of listening to radio conversations feels sad at first, not creepy. That made it more disturbing when the murders start lining up with his notebooks. The early ’90s setting works really well and adds to the tension. The story builds slowly but keeps tightening until you genuinely feel the pressure closing in on him. A dark, thoughtful thriller that focuses more on psychology than shock.
